Nice staff but I had to pay for them to fix their error. They initially installed the wiring harness for trailers too close to the hitch, which impeded the ability to attach the safety chain. When I got them to rectify the issue, and asked why I was paying for their mistake, they said that Toyota follows the technical instructions [no matter of functionality]. They are good for basic servicing though. Double check the work done on your vehicle before leaving the lot.
Great experience at Wayne Toyota. As soon as we walked in the whole team was very inviting. The whole process was great and professional, definitely the place to go if you want a new or used vehicle.
Such an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. We never once felt rushed or pressured, just supported the whole way through. We left feeling really happy and confident with our new vehicle and we would 100% recommend them to anyone.
While traveling from Toronto to Calgary, our Sequoia required emergency repairs as we arrived in Thunder Bay. We dropped in unannounced at Wayne Toyota at 8:30 on one morning, were in the shop by 9:30, and repaired by 12:30, with a new front left wheel bearing. Appreciated the help from service advisor Annette Harris. and the mechanic who worked on the car. We couldn't be more pleased. Many thanks for a great service.
I had a fantastic experience buying my Toyota with Nick Ashworth. He was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy. Highly recommend asking for Nick if you're looking for a new car!
