I just took delivery of my 2022 fully-loaded Bronco Outer Banks. This vehicle is exceptionally difficult to get. Eric came through for me and kept me informed of the progress of delivery. I have not owned a Ford vehicle since I was 16 years old many years ago. But, I was so impressed with the new Bronco and other new Ford products, I had to buy one. My wipers motor stopped working while it was pooring. Made it to the dealer to find out the motor was seized. Service manager Shawn. Got my truck in. They had to old school fix it up. As the parts are delayed in being manufactured. Thanks to Shawn and the mechanic. Who got it running for me. On the road again!!

We brought in our Taurus for a routine 64,000 Km maintenance. When we came to pick up our vehicle we were told the brakes needed repair & the car was not safe to drive, especially on the highway. I was very concerned and upset; we were to be driving to Winnipeg for a family funeral the following morning. Staff went out of their way to assist us to obtain a rental car; they did the leg work to find one at a cost I could not believe. I received wonderful customer service, consideration for my upsetting situation and most important assistance & concern as if we were family. I have told many people how wonderful they were to us.
Had a great experience with both salesman and financial workers. They listened to my needs and helped me to find the best fit for my family. Will definitely be going again and hoping Derek and Ryan are still working in 6+ years when I go back!
The service department is excellent. I'm always satisfied with the level of care and customer service that is provided. I genuinely feel that my business is important when I walk through the door and thats the kind of thing that makes a lasting impression.
Supply chain challenges mean that it’s a tough time in the auto sales industry but Pinewood Ford is doing all they can to take excellent care of their customers.
