Just picked up my Hyundai Elantra a couple of days ago, and just had a great experience at Hyundai Superior. The salesperson Munesh was great to deal with because he is pleasant, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about Hyundai products. He knows his products well, was willing to spend his time showing me all of the available options and was explicit about the whole order process. He made himself dependable and was always quick to answer any questions I had, and guided me to the right choice. I highly recommend Munesh if you are going to Hyundai to shop for a vehicle. It is the best place in town to get a fair and good deal.
We are so grateful to Victor, Nixon, Mike, and the Team at Superior Hyundai for their assistance in getting us into a 2020 Santa Fe and back on the road after our vehicle had broken down on our cross country road trip. Their kindness and diligence made our challenging situation a far better experience with the best outcome. I am absolutely in love with my recent purchase of a 2023 Hyundai Kona! Baku is absolutely the best. He is now located in service but I would trust him with my vehicle and literally my life lol. He is funny, smart, honest, reasonable. He made the experience purchasing my car easy, fast, and was super helpful when there were manufacturing delays. When I picked up my car I noticed the tires were missing I requested and the mats I requested were missing. Megan finance and Baku were so quick to redo paperwork, and Baku squeezed me into the fast appointment he could. He washed the car for me and was very helpful explaining any questions I had. Victor was also extremely helpful when I had questions and Bob was fantastic/friendly when showing me how to use my car and all the features. Absolutly love our Luxury Palisade. We have had it for three months now and we could not be happier. We factory ordered this through their website and Wade the general sales manager did an awesome job of communicating with us, keeping us up to date on our vehicle status from production to delivery.
