Waves Indoor Waterpark

My family of 4 had a great time there. My son is only 3 and was able to ride the one tube slide (with an adult). It does seem a bit small after spending only 4 hours there we had done it all. I've seen the reviews complaining about the amount of chlorine, well they have signs stating that there is higher than normal levels. Still didn't seem to bother my family. The only thing I didn't like were the location of lockers and change rooms. My family had a blast here considering we obtained tickets by mistake (thought we were ordering fallsview water park tickets). What a pleasant mistake. This place is great for young kids, my son finally got the hang of swimming here (in the wave pool of all places). My wife and I are already talking about coming back (we live over 3 hours away) and we haven't even left yet. This is the vacation spot my family needed to cure the winter blue. Would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely little place, lots of fun for the kids and great for the price paid. What we DIDN'T like was the crazy loud music which hurt all of our ears, especially my baby's. They were kind enough to turn it down a bit for us though.

Overall a nice place to come with young kids, wouldn't want to come with older ones though. Did a groupon special which worked out to 200.00 a night with taxes, not bad for 2 adults and 3 kids. Room has 2 queens and a bunk bed so more beds then we need. Room is clean, newer tv and not a bad channel selection, wifi seems average. The water park is great for my age range 3, 5 and 7; the largest slide requires parents to go down with the kids at their height which is fine but the two older can do the body slide and the youngest has two small slides he just doesn't seem to get sick of. The wave pool can get a little rough for all of them but only for short periods of time. The place is also small enough to keep track of all of them, one parent can stay with the youngest where he can play while the other can do the tube slide with one while keeping an eye on the other who can solo the large body slides. There's also always someone at the base of the body slides so I don't have to feel unsafe about not being there myself. Also went on an odd day during the week so lines were short and easy, if the local schools were on vacation I suspect it would get too full way too quickly. As others have noted, the cost of the food is very high here, dominos delivers here for a lot less and we brought drinks and snacks with us. After a couple of hours its easy to convince the kids to leave with promises to return later so leaving for lunch, dinner or a snack isn't a big deal and is a good way to go. I expect I'll make another trip here next year and probably the year following but after that the kids will be old enough that this place will be too small and we'll need bigger, but for younger kids it is perfect.

Nice indoor water park, specially during the cold months of winter. We stayed there for three days and our daughter had a blast. Pros: very affordable, nice waterpark, Boston Pizza inside which also delivers in the room. Nice place to bring the kids for some water fun during winter for the right price. Cons: rooms very dated, mattress and pillows were worn out and in desperate need of replacement. We called reception to ask for towels as for some reason our room wasn't cleaned one of the days and it took three calls and almost 3 hours to get the towels there. Wi-fi very slow to the point of being useless.
