Amazing Park. Best place to have fun in niagra region. Staff is polite. Place is nice and clean. Recently, we celebrated our daughter's birthday at Aerosports St. Catharine's, and we couldn't have asked for a better time! The personnel was outstanding and caring. They completely prepared the party space for us, added decorations, and inflated balloons. As a parent, it was wonderful to see my daughter play with her friends as the Aerosports staff set up the party area and assisted with serving our guests. Additionally, the location was spotless and well-mannered. Any parent seeking to have a birthday party here, I would suggest!
I’m assuming they’re under new management since becoming Aerosports but our experience for the first time back since it’s changed was less than ideal. First of all they increased the prices by $2 making a 1 hour jump for a 2 year old almost $14. They also now charge for the parent accompanying the child when we used to be free with each paying child. Secondly it needed a big clean. There were coats and garbage all around the park. Even a lollipop just sitting by the foam pit. Clearly no one had done a walk through the evening before or morning of.

Probably the most poorly organized venue in the Niagara Region. Toddlers mixed in with teenagers jumping in dirty-looking foam pits, and banging into each other on the trampolines. Absolute chaos. Why there isn’t a young children’s area is beyond me. This place is all about money at all costs, including their socks which cost $10. To use on the equipment. The place looks like a germ factory. Any good personal injury trial lawyer would have a field day with this company’s “waivers” to avoid legal action.
Kids love it very cool park a bit pricey but worth every penny
Good place to let the kids burn off some energy. Although last time we were there. Some older children brought dodgeballs into the jump area without balls and started mercilessly hitting younger children. My son seemed to be the target of these older children. Before my son could run out of the area with the other younger kids that were just trying to jump. He got smoked in the face hard. Turned around to avoid that individual Boom! The other kid point blank chucked the ball right at his face. One of the Workers saw some of this ordeal and asked me if my son was okay. I told him it wasn’t cool how these kids literally just chased every kid out of there by hitting basically all of them in the face. He walked away after and left the kids be without even giving them a warning. Me and my kids along with a large group of parents and their kids immediately left. No rules? 50$ for 2 kids to jump for an hour. I swear it was much cheaper last year. The boys still love it here but I’ve been soured by the lack of attention to cleaning of the bathrooms and Adult Supervision on site.
Had my child’s birthday party here and it was a blast! The staff at the desk were all so friendly and organized. Our party host Holden I believe was his name was extremely helpful and nice! Thanks so much!
Really enjoyed coimg here and my son had a blast. Would have like to see more staff engaging with the kids and paying more attention to what they were doing and saying. I had to tell staff like 4 or 5 times that older kids were picking on the little kids and actually hurt one of them. And of course the mother had her face down to her phone the whole time they were there so she didn't care
Went there for my 6 year oldest birthday party. The children had a blast and my party host was very helpful. The reason for my low review is that they need to work on administration of this place. You cannot host so many parties back to back and also have public jumping. It is absolute chaos. There needs to be way more seating in the lobby especially for persons who pay a premium for parties. There needs to be waaay better communication regarding what comes with the packages that you pay for as well as rules regarding jump time and party room time. The place has zero ventilation and can be a health hazard. The place needs a face-lift...fix the floors and take out those games that don't work. Again, stop booking so many parties and also have free jumping. There needs to be a max capacity and better supervision. The poor staff are being run ragged on the weekends. I paid a pretty penny for my package and while the children had a blast, I will never have another party here. I will bring my daughter back for public play but unless the administrative side of things changes...I'm not going through that again.
Fantastic place for birthdays or just some fun with your kids. My 5 year old love it here.
