Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I called four times for a quote on an iron blaster. Each time I was told that “Craig” will notify me via email. Following this I called again and again over the next two weeks (after not receiving a quote). Finally calling AGAIN today the (1st of March). The lady on the phone (Lori) stated that “Craig” will not be back in the office until the 21st. I said to her “it’s extremly unprofessional to not contact me back after calling 4 times now”. All she responded  “I don’t know what to say”. This location REALLY needs to learn how to treat potential sales and customers!
