This was my first and last time here. I ordered a pick up order for the BBQ mushroom funguy burger with fries and gravy. The burger was disgusting. It was soggy, the toppings where old, the burger patties had fat and grease slime on them. The where also not cooked. The patties where pink. They charge 2 dollars extra for a tiny container of gravy. Tried calling to talk to a manager and he was rude. He said he had no problem with the burgers and maybe it was just mine. Definitely won't be back.
This goes to the slimey little pri$k that thinks he's pulling a fast one on customers..new flash bud ..I've been going to bars as long as you've been alive ..I'm a highball drinker .always order doubles .the first time I ever went I got the same puke and he pulled the exact same thing .but I figured I'd give it one more shot because it's only blocks from where I live .and again ...I always get doubles. This guy gives me a single at best ..I even try and order a second drink .he poured it and gave me Even less after paying for doubles ...these kind of low life bar tenders like that should be held accountable. I'm sure I'm not the first ...but I know personally will be the last
had extremely poor service tonight at watchman's. not only did we have to ask our server 5 different times to turn on the table fire over a hour period but we had to go and speak to the bar manager to finally get it turned on requesting someone else do it after she ignored our request multiple times and finally did it as he spoke to her. he did apologize for that however orders were given to the wrong people, we had wings brought out that no one ordered and our server was barely taking care of us and did not split the bill properly for any items. extremely poor service today which is unfortunately and a reason why all of us knew it was faster to just go to the bar and request items and drinks. they were also very rude about their shift coming to an end and cleared everyone up to rush out we would have loved to order more drinks and spend more time enjoying ourselves but the service was too poor that we didn't bother.
Blonde server working last night was horrible. It's not the first time we've been served by her where she's been unpleasant either. She came up to the table and rudely asked us what we wanted to drink. Once she dropped the drinks off, she walked away. Didn't give us much time of day and ignored us when we tried to get her attention. Thank you to the lovely brown haired bartender who helped us 3 times when we had to go up to the bar to ask for food menus, cutlery for our food, and limes for our drinks. You were incredibly nice and we appreciate it. Also, thank you to the male bartender for coming to check on us because our server either disappeared or her shift ended and she didn't say anything. Being in the service industry for 10 years, I understand we all have bad days, but to have multiple bad experiences with this one specific server is a bit much.

Bartender was great!! Waitress on the other hand did the worst job I’ve seen in my 20+ years I’ve been in the industry. I sat at a table, waitress mad eye contact with me while cleaning a table next to mine and walked away. I waited for six songs before I had to go to the bar to order and get my drinks. She eventually came to my table, I made eye contact and was about to order a drink, a customer at the adjacent table got her attention, she turned away, took his order and walked away. Total insult. Not coming back.
Bit of a dive but one of a kind. Good selection of food, drink, and karaoke tunes. The audience is usually fun and lively. Not personally a fan of the App it barely worked and we had to download it to sing, but understand it is to streamline the process for the host.
3 grown men including bartender followed me into the men's bathroom to say I shouldn't be in there. I am trans. I couldn't figure out the signs on the door and said out loud "which one am I supposed to use?" I heard a voice say "this one". I ran in because I needed to go. A man he was washing his hands, no one else was in there says "I said NOT this one". I said "I'm trans" and ran into a stall to go because I was in there anyway and needed to go. I came out to wash my hands and the bartender ran in asking why I was in there. Said I was washing my hands. He said it wasn't the women's washroom, again I said "I'm trans". He backed off. Another man who didn't work there came in saying "someone said there's a girl in the men's washroom, is everything okay". The first man straight up ran to the bartender to tell him a "girl" was in the men's room and the bartender thought this was reason enough to run in and question me. Maybe they should make better signage for the bathrooms? Or maybe they should just let people use the washroom in peace. No apology from the bartender, just glaring stares from the first guy. Everyone should feel safe using the washroom, and if you are trans you will not find that here.
Awful service in fact, non existent. We have tried this place twice and both times I have been completely ignored by all staff members. I was a waitress for many years in Calgary, and I can honestly say I have never had worse service than here. We are surprised it is still open to be honest. The food when we were there was quite poor quality too unfortunately.
Karaoke was great. Service and food not so much. We had a pretty big group reservation for a birthday about 20 people and at the beginning we would be waiting up to 45 minutes after getting our food for the waitress to come to the table to see if anyone wanted drinks. People would be skipped out and ignored when requesting a drink and some drink orders would be taken while others were left with empty glasses. Service was extremely slow and it wasn’t even that busy until around 10pm! We arrived around 6:30pm with just 5 of us to start. The food was ok, chicken texture was like rubber, 2 of our guests got the wrong burger and the pizza crust wasn’t cooked fully. I completely understand a reservation this large is going to be overwhelming for someone if they aren’t used to it but If big reservations like this are being made it’s probably best to have at least 2 servers assigned to the table.
