Many vacuums are not working, all machines are keep swallowing changes. Tokens are - often - not working. Problem with the cleanliness of the area. The washing time is reduced significantly. You got less service for the same money. Huge negative change since couple of years.

Self wash bays don't switch over quickly. Startup lags. Too bad because it's a really convenient set up.

Took $20 to do my truck including vacuuming but the scent didn't work so that was a waste of money

Usually the automatic machines seem to be broken and there is a wait. Would be nice not to have to have cash to buy the manual wash. Prices are a little steep. Facilities are decently clean.

Awful car wash, just scrub your car by hand. Been here 3 times and it's been an awful expirence. The car wash stopped working and left soap on the truck we had to hand wash it off after paying over 20 dollars just for the machine to not work. I don't recommend the automatic car wash.
