The quality of the automated machine washes has gone downhill fast. High $$$ but your vehicle still does not come out clean. Better to use the hand wash and scrub your own car to ensure you get all the bird poop off it.

Change machine ate my money. Talk to attendant fill out report am told I can't get my money back today. I have to leave and come back another day. The fool on the office wouldn't even come down the stairs to talk to me had yo use an attendants phone... Before this used the vaccums they're plugged up barely any suction coming from them, shampooer is over priced compared to other car washes. Absolutely terrible service from management and terrible equipment. Only redeeming quality was the attendant who was helpful when I asked for help. Go to any place other than wash world! Left went to elite car wash, vacuumed shampooed and washed my car easily with good equipment for half the cost!

The attendant at the automatic car wash is a crook. He tried telling me that the car wash was $23 and was angry that I only wanted the $12 wash. He tried convincing me that my car was so dirty that the $12 wash was not going to do anything for me. When I gave him the money to put it in the machine he told me it wasn't working then when I stepped out after 3 mins of him trying magically it worked. As he was doing my tires. He was still holding onto my change. After he was done I asked for my change that he didn't give me and kept trying to say that he already gave it to me. Finally he gave me my $3 and was upset that he had to do that. Watch out for this guy!!!! I can only imagine how many people he has ripped off. He will try to trick you that you have to get the most expensive car wash and then keep your change in the end.
