Absolutely awesome!! I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. They were so good to my daughter with her first car. It was absolutely disgusting. I think they said 'worst car they have ever seen'!! It was a brand new car when we picked it up!! Above and beyond. 5+ stars.

Just brought a couple company vehicles here the other day for a detailing. They were in REALLY bad shape. They were embarrassingly filthy and the guy had them looking brand new in just a few hours. I'm beyond impressed and will continue to use them for now. The guy who did my car was so friendly and professional. Thank you for the great job!

Unprofessional & rude. Ask you to make an appointment and then when you show up at your appointment time they tell you that you came at the wrong time or claim that you never made an appointment. Manager has issues with employees and employees have issues with manager... oh and they also dont do an "elite" job

worst experience I have ever had with a business , I honestly have never felt so threatened by a (so called) business owner. They did a terrible job on the detail, only accepted cash , and actually had a bald tattooed guy come out scream and bully me, claiming to be the owner. His issue , he assumed he or someone within his shop had spoken to me on the phone, they had not. My issue, I was called and told my car is ready only to arrive and find they had not even wiped the inside down, the carpets were still wet, not to mention I had to ask for my car mats back. WE were then told we were not supposed to pick it up until it was dry (no one mentioned that little detail on the call) , this was 5:00pm . how they expected the carpets to completely dry within the hour using the internal car heater , I am still not sure about that one. I am 100 % for the little guy in my hood, and like to support small businesses that are in my hood this is the one time I would never recommend this outfit to anyone, go to anyone else. They are rude , unprofessional and do a terrible job to boot. One small concession I will give is the guys working in the actual shop were very apologetic for the most part and tried to make up for their insane bosses behaviour or whomever he was. But any man who feels he can use his size and voice to verbally attack an individual/customer has issues from the onset .

Very friendly service and car was returned above expectations of cleanliness. For price paid the entire car (meaning inside and out) should've been done but the cleaning done on the inside was immaculate.
