Since the new owner took over service has been slow and poor. They continuously tell me I need to change or replace things that I clearly do not. Not to mention the prices have increased. However the reason for one star is they told me my brake fluid was low. So I get home and take a look, it's almost empty and there is brake fluid all over tire and underside of the car. How did they not see this, it's literally part of the job to check for these things. yet somehow they missed the fact the it was literally squirting out brake fluid any time I pressed on the brakes. Brake fluid low and hey you have brake fluid pouring all over the underside of your car are two different things.

I went in for a rad flush today and the big sign on the wall says $119.99. The guy helping me says that’s the “old” price, the “new” price is $149.99(?). He agreed to give it to me for the posted price but went back on his word and insisted I pay more than the posted price. I went to Jiffylube on Dewdney and got it done for under $130 including tax. The staff here also insisted the plug for my oil pan was stripped. They said I had no choice but to buy an after market plug for $40. That plug is now broken 5000km later.

Very helpful, friendly, bend over back to help. I broke my oil dipstick and Kash helped me out. Within 2 hours he called me and had one waiting for pickup.

Tried to get an oil change on Sunday at 5:30 and was informed they had closed at 5. I had called earlier and let them know I would be coming later in the day and was not advised that there hours were different than there website that said they were open Sunday to 6 PM. Very disappointed as I do not live here and needed this oil change today. Hopefully the employee I talked to will let their Manager know and update the hours on their site so people can rely on their hours of business.

Always have my oil changed here. The staff are polite and courteous and I always receive great service.
