Had a great experience, receptionist was super friendly and understanding and Dr gray was the first doctor to take me seriously when other doctors haven't for years. I was seen rather quickly as well
Used this clinic for the first time last night. Not only were they ready for us at our appointment time but they were also very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable!! They knew we needed emergency treatment and called ahead to the hospital to tell them we were coming the hospital staff were amazing too. Hopefully we won’t need to come back but if we have another early evening emergency we will be back in a heartbeat
recently lost my doctor, never tried walk-in's. Read all reviews for the few options we islanders have and when shopping at Superstore today decided to just drop by clinic to check it out. It was around noon - empty!! I was signed in by a very nice receptionist and in minutes was talking with Dr. Gray. He went over every detail of my scan history, took the time to discuss details with me, told me of next steps and was totally focused on my questions and getting everything I needed in order fast. Excellent! * I was really worried as not used to going to doc's and walked out feeling like I was in very capable hands. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff !
This is not a WALK-IN clinic. I was there today and told to go to Washington Square, which I, fully booked today. They also suggested Urgent Care at Walk-in .
I talked to Jose on the phone the other day. He was great. We both work in health care. I dont think the public understands just how many THOUSANDS!! YES THOUSANDS. OVER TEN THOUSAND FFS!! of these people are without a Dr in the valley in just this last month alone!! Entitlement will ruin a good worker!! Just want to say, keep up the great work to you and all your staff! We got this guys!
Strep has been diagnosed in 2 of our 4 children. We were at the clinic at 8am today with the other 2 sick kids waiting for it to open. We were told that because 1 of the kids had respiratory symptoms that they would not be seen and to go home and wait for the Dr. To call and the Dr. Would decide whether they were to return or do a phone appointment. The Dr. Called at 1 pm and told us because the 1 child had respiratory issues she had to be covid tested prior to coming in. The Dr. Had no clue where to take her for testing and agreed that the covid test results would not be back in time to have her seen today. Instead of offering antibiotics after telling her the child in question had visible strep blisters crawling up the back of her throat she suggested that we take the kids to emerg instead. So we leave our child for another day untreated and in pain or we go to emerg. So we are heading to emerg for a non emergency visit because this ignorant clinic was completely negligent in advising us at 8 am to have the covid testing done and will not prescribe antibiotics for an obvious infection. Physicians like this are the reason our emergency departments are overflowing with non emergent issues. So before you assume that people are too lazy to get up and wait for the clinic to open, think again.
I have come to this clinic a few times. Once in an extreme emergency and they were quick and awesome. The doctor was fantastic and the staff was caring. I have also called in for some advice and the receptionist was polite, understanding and professional. This is my choice of clinics if I need one, although sometimes it can be quite busy, but at least you can wander the grocery store.
I have been to this clinic once. My experience was very good. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, and the care I received was efficient without seeming rushed.
Shocking how well they work. One of the best walking clinics I have ever been too. God bless you.
For a walk-in clinic I think the service is very good. They have always been polite to me. Best thing to do is go right at the time it opens - at 8:am. If you can't do that then you have to wait your turn or leave and come back. That is the policy at all the local clinics, as far as I know.
