I was waiting in the clinic with my parent today and heard The receptionist speak in an extremely hostile manner to a senior patient! The receptionist completely disregarded direct doctors orders for booking a time sensitive appointment with another in the same clinic. The doctor told the reception to book an follow up immediately, she argued, and finaly agreed, and as he took the next person in, she turned and stated “ I don’t care what he says, I am NOT booking you in!” This was VERY shocking!!! Blatantly Refusing to take orders, She is exercising unethical, and alarming authority whom she thinks she has above the doctors. I am quite shaken with knowing this woman rules over the patient care. It’s a real shame the Valley does not have options to switch Medical clinics.

Dr Bakshi is one of the kindest doctors ever.....but hands downs I have to give a raving review to Angelina that works at the front desk !!! She made us feel so comfortable she was so friendly amazing and we felt like we won the lottery being excepted as new patient !!!

Dr Konway without a doubt is one of the best Doctor's I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have been with him now for about 15 or more years and always had a good, positive, concerned, helpful results. Staff are always pleasant and I would recommend him with no reservations.

I’m so lucky to find a family physician, Dr Graham Hatlelid. So easy to talk to and really concerned with my health. I have had a few unconventional problems, but he sticks to find a cure like a dog with a bone. Thank you B Fisher PS I never had to wait, always on time

Update: response, its your office, as you well know. check my file! UPDATE: Opening a complaint file with VIHA. Dr's here refuse treatment and treat you like trash, went in with water retention so bad that a small scratch on my leg just leaked clear fluid in a steady trickle for days, it was saturating dressings and my pant leg in minutes. Also had very swollen and sore glands under my chin, Dr walked in and did not even do an exam, I don't think she even heard me. just walked back out and never came back, ages later nurse comes in and says why are you still here? NEVER GOT TREATMENT had to go to walkin at WalMart. Have exceedingly high BP same meds for 19 years that don't work! Having shortness of breath and irregular heart rate. Haven't seen a cardiologist, Dr refuses referral. Have systemic lupus and Hashimotos, have never seen an endocrinologist Dr refuses referral. Menstruation stopped, just stopped no warning, no menopausal symptoms nothing.Dr doesn't care, have never seen a gynocologist Dr refuses referral. I am honestly afraid I'm going to die from easily treatable conditions! *Been with this clinic for many years, never really been impressed, I don't feel that I can trust my Dr*

The doctors here are amazing, a lot of time spent waiting on appointments cause there usually always 20 minuets past the time your supposed to be in them then the rush to get you out but hands down the best doctors ive had the pleasure of seeing before. As for the phone lines and directory its pathetic. You cant get though to anyone and appointment availability is pretty poor.

Doctor McFadden is awesome and always spends enough time with me. I never feel rushed and I feel confident in her ability to diagnose and treat me in the best way available. I would recommend them to anyone.

The care I am receiving from this clinic is very disappointing and, quite frankly, frightening.

Dr Hatlelid is outstanding. I've had many doctors in my 65 years, especially having lived from coast to coast and overseas, and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new family physician.

Always had prompt service and all referrals for me or mom were helpful and prompt
