We enjoyed our stay at the Washington House Inn very much. It's a quaint and historic place that features all the comforts of home and then some. After spending some time seeing the very sweet town of Cedarburg and enjoying a wine tasting, we went back to the Inn for their complimentary Wine and Cheese hour. It was such a nice feast, we almost didn't need to have dinner. The rooms are all different, but we peeked in a few open doors and were impressed by them all. Once we turned in, the bedding is so soft, woke up rested after a great nights sleep. The continental breakfast was also a wonderful meal, not the usual bread stuffs and juice, but also warm food in the way of quiche squares and a wonderful berry cobbler that is part of their recipe book. We would definitely recommend this Inn to others and plan on returning!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Washington House Inn. The property exudes both class and charm, and is the perfect atmosphere to allow for rest, relaxation, and time together. The rooms are simple but elegant and charming. The Inn does a great job of including little touches all over that contribute to the overall class of the establishment and the overall enjoyment of the stay. So much appreciated. Can't wait to come again!

We booked room 101 with a whirlpool as a relaxing get away for my husbands birthday. We were disappointed with how small the whirlpool tub was. We have stayed at the Inn before and enjoyed the tubs for two and did not realize that this one was going to be so small. Also the room was just off the entry and next to the elevator so it was quite noisy in the room. In the future we will not book that room but it would have been nice to know in advance that it was only a one person whirlpool tub. We love the Washington House Inn! The wine social and the breakfast are fantastic! The location is perfect and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in room 211. It was small, but perfectly comfy and cozy for the two of us. The original wood floors and exposed brick walls added the charm and character I look for when I stay at Inns and B&Bs. You might think, the fact the Inn is on the main street, our room would have been noisy. On the contrary, our room was very private and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating (they even gave us several complimentary cards for movies, caramel apples, winery tours...) and the buffet-style home cooked breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend the Washington House Inn and Cedarburg for your weekend get-away.

You had great service and were very accommodating. I absolutely LOVED the room, it was so adorable and not outdated like a lot of other B&B's. I LOVED the wine and cheese happy hour. The only thing I would change would be the food that is delivered to the room is different from what is downstairs for breakfast.
