Motel 6 Saukville WI

-----YOU WILL REGRET IT------------RUN AWAY--STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE------- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME --- YOUR WOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR. -Stayed over Easter Weekend. The front desk was rude and was on the phone instead of attending to us. Then he gave us the wrong room key we had to go back and change it. Then the room they did give us was for Handicap guests. I paid for a queen and the mattress was clearly a full size. The Bathroom was filled with black mold in the shower. the furniture was in disrepair. In the morning we were awakened by the fire alarm when I stepped out of the room one of the maintenance people just walked briskly by all the other guest were confused by the commotion. We went to the front desk the only explanation that was given what the wind must of knocked down relay or something. Needless to say we were checking out way early. The front desk was unattended and I had to call . The girl ask "What do I want."I said" to check out?" she then said with an attitude" What do you need a receipt or something?" When we mentioned the condition of the room and everything that had transpired the weekend staff took our information to forward to the manager that was going to be in the next day. Three days later, I got a call from the manager. she had said that I had booked though a site that rents out handicap rooms first , I know that was a lie I had been using this booking site for years though out the country and this was the fist time that had happened. I then proceeded to explain our experiences she said that the only compensation she could offer would be handled in a timely fashion I waited a month for respond. And still nothing. THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL in Saukville , WI. NEVER AGAIN

Do not stay here don't waste your money! There was no heat in the first room! Front desk was nice and gave us another room. The second room the bedding was soiled, it looked like they had never washed the sheets nor the towels they all were yellow and filthy. Toilet didn't flush! No water pressure in sink at all, there was only a trickle. Also I had found a cigarette butt on the frame of my bed! Very dirty rooms!!

The management are very helpful. I stayed while working nights. They worked with my schedule to make sure that I was well taken care of.

Very nice clerk. room was clean. had to ask for shampoo - never had to do that before. worst pillows and mattress I ever endured. I can understand about replacing mattresses, but pillows are cheap! one of the skimpy towels had a hole in it. it was nice there was a refrigerator and microwave. snack machine was almost empty. I brought my own drinks which was good, because I didn't see a soda machine. I only paid $50, so I won't post this on a public site, but since you asked...

The location was quiet, and conveniently next to the highway for quick commutes. It's clean and the staffs were friendly. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious.
