Mr. Ellis is actively engaged with his customers and his enthusiasm is contagious! I always enjoy my visits to the Courtyard and make it a point to visit 3-4 times a week to either start or wrap up my sales day. The staff is polite, professional and helpful, ensuring guests & visitors are well taken care of.

Amazing rooms, and decor. For the price I would say that I am very pleased with my stay. The only problems I had where the bistro for breakfast, they didn't seem too interested in serving me 😕. Otherwise four stars all around 💕🌹

Decent rooms but paper thin walls! The person in the room next to me liked to use speakerphone when making calls at 11:45pm, I was able to hear the conversation word for word. Sadly that's enough for me to not want to stay at this hotel again.

Worst experience ever! Extremely Ghetto. Hot tub has been out of service since Saturday. We booked for 7 days and check out tommorow and have not been able to use the ammenities. Friday and Saturday they had an overcapacity pool and since then the hot tub was not functioning they came up with an excuse each day say it will be fixed but never did it's still down. Called management they are rude and not helpful won't assist me because I reserved through Hotwire it's a complete joke. Do not book here very ghetto, unprofessional and the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.

Newer Courtyard; rooms are updated and comfortable. Location is within 30 minutes of Milwaukee, depending on traffic. Area around hotel is composed mainly of warehouses, manufacturing facilities and businesses. Not a lot of dining options in the immediate area, but a good location to stay if you would like to be within easy commuting distance of Milwaukee attractions without staying right in town. Ample parking. Easy access to Hwy 41 or 43 (hotel is about halfway between them). Handicap accessible. Small swimming pool and hot tub. Small deli/restaurant with limited hours. Serves Starbucks coffee and has a small selection of wine and beer.
