Comfort Inn & Suites

Fantastic suite, clean and quiet. Courteous staff across the board. Continental breakfast could use improvement, including but not limited to gluten free options other than eggs and sausage ie at least one or two GF pastry or waffle/pancake choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This place is absolutely horrible. Facilities are disgusting, staff is rude and very unprofessional. I reserved 3 nights with my credit card. They charged it 258 bucks which I knew they would do like all hotels, I ended up shortening my stay, which I was told was fine and I paid for ONE night with CASH. They told me the charges would drop from my card in 3-5 business day. Ok great. Only that was three weeks ago. And get this. There are now two different charges on my card. One for 258, And one for 340 dollars. I called my credit company and told them it's fraud and something illegal is going on at this hotel. These people are ROBBING customers blind. I will NEVER stay at a comfort in for the rest of my life. And I hope they face some fraud charges. Absolutely dumb founded that this happened.

We stayed here on April 1st Easter Sunday because our house was filled with iritatting fumes and we were advised by poison control to leave our house for the night to let it air out. We needed a pet friendly atmosphere since we uave a cat and no where else for him to go than with us at 10 pm. When we were leaving we found a bed bug in his water dish showed the woman at the front desk and she seemed to be more concered we would make a scene than that there was a stage 4 bed bug in her presence. On Tuesday my partner was covered with red welt like bites on his arms and torso, consistant with bed bug bites. When attempted to contact via email I am ignored. This is ridiculous. We litteraly came to the hotel with the clothes on our back a purse and a cat carrier. The purse and cat carrier has had to be discarded along with our clothes since we were not infested with bed bugs prior to this visit and hopefully have not brought them home with us after our less than 12 hour stay.

Newer hotel. Very nice rooms and amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This was terrible. The room had a huge crack in the wall with paint and plaster peeled off the wall about 5' high by the bed. The toilet had a ring of dirt around the water line, the shower head was pulled out from the wall, the sliding door partition in the room was worn through with holes, the bedding skirt had white stains (you know what kind) on the side of the bed, the refrigerator door was filthy, the phone didn't work at all and I had to use my cell phone to call down to the front desk to complain, and then they sent a man up without asking at 11:20 p.m. when we wanted to go to bed. He spent nearly 30 minutes plugging, unplugging and messing with the phone, then left the room and returned again with a bucket and cleaning supplies with his wife and cleaned the toilet and pushed the shower head back in the wall. I can't believe the condition of the hotel - the hallway was smelly and had huge stains all the way down the carpet in the halls. I stayed here a few years ago, and it wasn't nearly this bad. I would like a refund. I told the front desk on departure and the night before, and all we were told was that the manager wasn't in yet - it was 11:50 a.m. Seriously - this place needs a visit from top management. Another guest told me she was standing in about 5" of water while taking a shower. Something needs to be done. I was also charged $20 more than what the reservation said online through Comfort Inn and given a suite which I did not reserve.
