Washing Well Cleaners

I haven't been in this laundromat in years. I went in this week, and wow! Talk about a makeover. The entire place was clean and smelled like fabuloso. The new owners are so friendly and helpful. It really feels like a comfortable place to get my laundry done. They fixed so many of the old machines and brought 8-10 new machines! It looks like they recently painted those hideous wood walls, and the place looks way cleaner now. There are no more dead plants everywhere!! I will be coming back from now on, and will recommend to friends.

My washer broke at home so I came in to do my laundry two days ago. We came pretty close to closing time but the guy that was working helped us alot and offered us pizza and beverages from their snack section. For our first time at a laundromat it was pretty comfortable and easy to do. Me and my wife exchanged stories and ideas about business with the owner and he seemed open to everything. Definitely recommend going to this laundromat because of the hospitality.

Overall great hours friendly staff and new washers/dryers!!! Love the location .... near I-275 freeway in Livonia. Fresh coffee and pizza slices/snacks 😋🍕

This used to be the greatest place to do laundry around....but now, no. This place is dirty. The smaller washing machines are all corroded and the outer ring is filled with dirt when you open them. The larger load machines say $4.75 but when you put your money in, it says "0.00" but doesn't start. The foreigner who is there asks you a number of times "did you put in your $3.50?" I said, "I put in $4.75 plus $.75 and still nothing." He says, "it costs $3.50." I say, "Okay, I'm done and I'm not putting in anymore money." He puts in his own $3.50 and it starts and he looks at me and says "it's touchy." OMG, I am contacting BBB.....this place used to be number 1, but now it's -10 and the foreigner running it is a liar so beware people, I will never go back.

helpful and friendly staff. I've been coming here for 12 years and this is the cleanest and best ive ever seen this place, since the new owners took over.
