Quick complete time, value for money, only thing is its not there in my city, had to travel 20mins from home.

The absolute worse cleaners I have ever experienced! The first time I used them and requested a new zipper for my winter coat and for it to be dry cleaned. They said it would take a week. I didn't get my coat back for over a month. I heard excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't ready. Ultimately their sign that states all garments cleaned on the premises is false because my coat was sent out for the repair and the cleaning. A year later and the zippee is coming apart. Fast forward to last week, the second and last time I used them I thought I requested a simple routine cleaning of one pair of pants and a press only on another pair of pants and a shirt. The dry cleaned pants and press only shirt was completed however the press only pants were lost. They still cannot find them and it's been almost a week. The owner has not even given me the courtesy of a call back to compensate me for having to replace the pants. I will be calling for an update on my compensation upon completion of this review.

Very friendly staff always have a good attitude and the cleaning is always done well the price is fair and that's why I keep coming back

Used them for some time as a regular customer and put up with a lot of problems. The price kept me coming back! Finally had to walk away, The melted shirt buttons, scorched shirts, and double crease in my pants were a constant. The constant rotating staff they hire are incompetent. Yes, a lesson learned cheaper is not better.
