$ 2.50 quality cleaners

Repeat customer. Shirts always starched and look bright. I can't afford to pay 3.00 for a shirt for same quality at the cleaner down the street. Very pleased with girls working at the store Gloria and Megan .

I came to 2.50 Quality cleaners to have a CLIENTS drapes dry cleaned. I had a total of 16 drapes to be cleaned. Time for pick up they handed me my drapes on a hanger, and a bag of drapes the lady Gloria handed to me explaining that these drapes were too delicate to dry clean, i said thanks and left. Got back to the office of my business to open up this bag of drapes that were too delicate to dry cleaned and found them all ripped to shreds! SEE PICS BELOW. My office manager and i took the drapes and immediately drove back to speak with someone and the owner about what we have just received. Gloria acted as if she didn't know what had happened, and called the owner upon our request and said to the owner over the phone , remember the drapes that got ruined ?they're here wanting to speak with you. So Gloria knew she was handing over torn up drapes but said sorry we couldn't clean these they are too delicate?? Isha the owner was now on the phone telling us that the drapes were so delicate and that's what happens and they are not responsible. Shouldn't the dry cleaner know what or what can not be dry cleaned? Not to mention the other drapes were fine. No apologies or willingness to help a customer . She refused to help reimburse the cost for new drapes and hung up the phone . I own a company and have been in business for 20 years, this is not good business or the way you treat your customers. This is not a professional company . They should be out of business.

This company has the very worst customer service i have ever experienced. I took my winter coat in to be cleaned. When it was ready, i took it and went home only to discover that that the zipper was badly jammed. I took it back to be fixed and I then had to wait a week and a half to get my jacket back in the coldest week of January. My point is if you get a zipper jammed , please do not try to pawn it off on me to see if i will be ok with it, do the right thing ! This company doesn't do right by their customers at all.

Do not use this dry cleaner. They lost a pair of pants to a suit and I had to fight with them about it for over 3 months to get a reimbursement. After 3 months of trying to get in touch with the owner I finally got a return phone call. They gave me $100 for a suit that cost $600. Absolutely horrible business.

Horrible experience. The customer service was awful. Ruined one of my dress shirts.
