I should of just rented a carpet cleaner from Meijers. My guy is here now cleaning the floor and he is not professional at all. Keeps huffing and puffing with the biggest attitude. Plus I swear it doesn't even seem like they're cleaning the carpet. No shampoo or anything. Just running through the house with hot water. I won't waste my money again. Plus hallways are not included.

Just a FYI would not recommend Stanley cleaners. The price is high , second, when the person can’t find you in Canton because they are in Plymouth looking, third, he’s cleaning carpets with his dirty shoes on that left mud marks on my stairs, fourth when water is left all over my hardwood floors, fifth, his mat thing that he hung on the front door keeps hitting my chandelier as he goes in and out of the door, sixth, when you’re hunched over the wall ledge and you knock all the little tabs for the chandelier that Keith had to take down because you keep hitting it and as you hang on to the ledge and you get your filthy hand prints on it when you bend down to pick something up because you use it to study yourself with it and finally the straw that broke the camels back is that you had to move my things on ledge so you can basically lay across it. Ugh!! So far as great customer service.

NEVER use Staney Steemer from Novi. We just had the guy walk out on the job while the other guy was cleaning my carpet. I was suppose to have 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs done. l did get half my bedroom done before the guy's partner made him quit. I am in shock. Apparently the carpet cleaner guy spoke to the company before he announce he would not be cleaning my. He walked in my door and stated your not going to like anything we do so we are going to leave. That was after I signed something to have my carpets cleaned. To top it all off no-one has bothered to contact me about the incident. Shocking. I have never experienced such an unprofessional individual/company. My house is all torn up to have carpets cleaned. I took time off of work and I never got my carpet cleaned. I still have not heard a word from the company. I would have thought they would have contacted me. Apparently they don't care. I am speechless. It has been 3 days and no one has returned my call. I would say from that they do not value their consumers. So sad.

Worst carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. After they finished, in only about 45 minutes of cleaning, an area which included an entire basement family room, an office. and a set of stairs, the areas cleaned looked exactly the same as before they started - dirty!! I heard the carpet cleaner machines running but maybe they didn't actually apply them to the carpet. Never use this company, it was a waste of money - the steamers you rent from Walmart or Home Depot do a better job than this company. Horrible

Horrible experience thus far. The two individuals who walked into my home were poorly prepared and not conscientious of my property. They were tasked with grout and tile cleaning of two bathrooms and carpeting in one bedroom and stairway. Here's a list of the issues encountered: 1) walked into home with heavy hose and items, ended up breaking off a corner of my drywall 2) the transition zones (e.g. the rooms connected to the areas they were to clean) were not protected from what they described as incidental damage. Trust me, if I knew there was a potential for damage, I would go out of my way to protect the floor. 3) Upon spillage, they asked me if I had a towel to clean the floors. Really? Isn't that part of the job? Why would I need to provide you with towels for clean up 4) The laminate flooring next to bathroom and stairs is now warped. 5) The bathroom floors are still wet. I'm currently planning on going to clean them up myself. Don't know what the point of a cleaning service is if they leave you with more work than when they walked in. 6) The laminate floors are all covered in a layer of dirty water that has been spread using my aforementioned towel. Will be discussing these issues with the manager... V
