Warp 1 Comics & Games

Warp 1 is one of the best comic book store I've been and not forgetting my very first comic store in Canada. They have a wide selection of comics and games that you'd shed your craze over.

Huge location for all your fandom needs. From action figures to comic books and everything in between. Wether you're into anime or magic the gathering they have a little bit of everything here for everyone. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will be stopping in again!

Took the Grandkids for their first visit to this amazing store. Covid compliant, and full of magical wonders for both kids and adults. Manga, comics, games, cosplay, hats, t-shirts, backpacks, stuffed, figurines...and so much more. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a perfect place to shop, spend time and enjoy the possibilities of imagination come alive.

Really cool comic/games shop on Whyte. They have a ton of stuff here and the staff are all pretty well educated in comics and games so they are easy to ask for assistance. I would say my only reasoning for not giving it a 5 is that it feels cluttered. They must have no real storage space and half open boxes can be seen piled up in some spots which isn't the most appealing. Great place nonetheless! Definitely check it out if you are thinking of getting into D&D or other tabletop games!

Hey if you love your comics and your card games I would have to say warp 1 on 82 ave and 99th street front and back entrances Easley accessible for every and anyone this is the place to pick it up. This is third location in the city and they are still doing a wonderful job. I remember when I was a kid going there, how excited I was. Even if I didn't buy anything, the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful at what they do, it really makes a great time. If you get a chance stop in say high and just look around I can garentee you will not be disappointed.

TONS of selection for all things nerdy. Graphic novels, comic books, anime DVD, board games, CCGs, collectible figures, shirts, hats, buttons, etc. Could spend hours meandering in there.

This is a great place that offers a wide variety from games to gear. You will find it here. Along with you favorite super hero or villain.

This is the best place to buy manga physically in Edmonton I have discovered thus far and the best of the warp chain of stores. I’ve searched all around the city and this one has the most wide selection of stuff you won’t find at Indigo/Chapters, with around 8 or 9 4 ft tall shelves of volumes. A lot of dark horse manga and more lesser seen stuff you would never find at Indigo. Customer service is also great.
