My husband bought a brand new remote nov.28 we brought it back Dec.22. With box. Not even a scratch. It's never even been used. Just to technical for us. We read the manual and pressed some buttons and put it back in the box. The guy said it's to damaged... how... when it's brand new not a scratch, dent, nothing. It was under the 30 day guarantee customer satisfaction. All we even wanted was in store credit so we could purchase a new one that wasn't so complicated to understand and function. I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Just trying to support local businesses. We can purchase all this online right from manufacturers. ***Book looks brand new to me... you can tell it's been opened but that's about it... nothing wrong with the product.

Mixed experiences, first time I went the two staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful, the second time was almost the exact opposite, the staff member I talked to was quite curt and borderline rude, not at all helpful in answering my questions. 4/5 for now, future visits might change my review.

I have been a Great Hobbies customer since I was a kid starting out in RC. I am in my early 30s now and I still trust Great Hobbies as a favorite company whenever I start an RC project. Recently I ran into an unexpected issue with a model aviation product and Great Hobbies Co-owner Gary went above and beyond to provide a solution that left me a very happy customer. Highly reccomended if you want to make an RC purchase. Great Hobbies also provides many good deals to customers and a cool selection of products.

Amazing shop! Didn’t have exactly what I needed because it was discontinued but the friendly staff was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to quickly get a replacement part that would work for what I needed.

Too much hobby products to take in at once but very polite and knowledgeable staff

Went into great hobbies today to buy a battery. Noticed a few people being taken care of which is okay. Stood there at the counter and waited. No problem !!! A boisterous gentleman was being taken care of. And I was listening in on the conversation it was humerus but at the same time a female attendant approached me and “ said. Sorry I’m going on break so you’ll have to wait. Her hands up in the air as she walked into the back. She was also helping with another staff with the boisterous individual with his sale and walked away . The other staff and gentleman looked around for her. Oops “gone” I stood there for about 5-10 min a little upset !!! And then left What can I say!!!! No sale !!!

Had what I wanted. Finding parts from a discontinued product can sometimes be difficult. But they had the items I needed.
