The Comic Shop

Sure the store would be awesome to deal with. But they are not opened to the public. From out of town and went to check it out. Waste of money and time.

This Comic Shop was a bit smaller than the others in Edmonton, but they do have quite the selection. Everything was nicely sorted alphabetically so you wouldn't have much trouble finding your title. Back issue comics were a bit on the pricier side. NOTE: The NEW Shop owner writing this September 2, 2017 is friendly and helpful.

The gentleman who owns The Comic Shop is open for business, curbside pickup, in addition to online auctions. If there are any comics you are looking for, give him a call or contact him on Facebook and let him know what you're looking for, and he'll do his best to fill your order. Prompt and friendly service, good prices, and he'll meet you at the back door of his shop to deliver your order. Definitely going back soon!

Been coming here for a couple years now. The owner is a nice guy and knowledgeable. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of back-issues and they get keys in but they do fly off the shelf very quickly. The new store has a lot more space and makes it easier to go through the bins. They put together runs and have a great selection too. just a great place to check out once in a while to see what they get in.

I was searching for a really obscure limited series and The Comic Shop happened to have it. They were really helpful and was able to ship the 4 issues to British Columbia. Terrific service and the comics were packed in great condition. Thank you to the staff that helped me! Strongly recommend if you are looking for older comic issues.

This isn't even a store you can go into anymore. Guy holds online auctions only? He's scared of covid lol thankfully there is a handful of of other great comic stores available for the edmonton area.

Great store and it’s getting better all the time. The new owner Patrick has done an amazing job revamping this shop. Good always fresh selection, competitive prices, great sales from time to time.

Great selection of back issues, one of the last places that buys back issues as well. Knowledgeable staff. Well organized. Location leaves a bit to be desired but it"s worth the trek if it's off your everyday route and want some obscure old comic.
