Walmart Thunder Bay Supercentre

Great variety of merchandise. Great prices. Only the staff needs to shower more. The smell of ransid, B.O is brutal at the check outs. Deodorant and cologne is both sold there please use.

Good prices, not busy first thing and selection is at its best. Good service. Improved electronics department with newer photo machines.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Covers most of our household needs. Line ups are rather long but are not too bad depending on the time. Customer Service is rather quick and efficient. Prices are more affordable then most places and the food is fresh.

Today I went to Walmart bought 4 case of cucumber. I put them in my shopping cart and went to cashier . The person at the cashier only asked me count the total number of cucumbers and pay. No one have asked me take the cucumbers out of the case or offer me a bag . But when I leaving the door . Couple of your workers stop me and asked me return the case . Treat me like a thief and blame me for the other missing case . when I shop I buy things in cases . If the cashier have told me that I can’t take out the whole case or offer me bags i would understand. But your workers treat me like a thief and accusing me for your other lost case . I would like an explanation for all of these unfair treatment

This place was real busy and the customers were rude. Power went out while we were there and the staff (like any retail safety program I've seen) instructed the customers to go to the front of the store. There were a lot of mouthy customers and just plain ignorant people. As for the store the housewares area was trashed... Groceries were ok... What I expect from Walmart. Don't know if that's good or bad.
