I've been twice now and am so pleasantly delighted! The service is wonderful from when you walk in with a cheerful hello, while you are trying things on the ladies are attentive and knowledgeable. Check out is just as great with friendly reminders of the sale dates and I was remembered from my first time, specifics even. I am thrilled to be your new customer and a bunchful of thanks!! Great store to shop at, first time there and was blown away how I was treated, like an actual human , staff was uptmost friendly and the one lady who helped me deserves a medal for customer service, as i learnt a thing or two about breast sizing,apparently I was wearing wrong size of bra , who knew so it was nice to get a size that finnaly fit perfect. I went into the store, come out with more then i went in for and best thing saved a bit of money which is a bonus. I def recommend this store to anybody ,great clothes, but most important great customer service!
The last time I shopped at the store in Thunder Bay, the service I received was excellent. My mobility is limited due to health problems, so I can't leave the dressing room to get other colours and sizes. I didn't have to worry. The woman who waited on me that day made me know my patronage was wanted and appreciated without really telling me verbally. What a wonderful shopping experience! As a result, I left with several purchases and a big smile. Thanks!
