I would give them minus if I could! I asked my husband to buy a bottle of milk for me today, when I was home, I found the best before date was April 20, and today is 23rd! Ridiculous! Not just one day passed bb! What are you guys doing???

I just wanted to share one incident that happened today. It is a very small thing but for me it was a wholesome moment as I was at the self checkout counter today around 1:45 pm. I had scanned all the products and there were two items which was 30% off. I did not realize the system did not take my 30% off but an Indian self check out attendant came to me and made sure I got my 30% off. Shout out to people like you bro. It made my day.

The store should stop using cardboard trays for deliveries. As an apartment dweller with no elevator these trays are a nightmare. Uneven weight, you can’t stack them, forcing multiple trips. Even the delivery drivers hate them. I have switched to Walmart for deliveries now because the paper bags are much better for hauling groceries up stairs. Start thinking about the needs of your customers and drivers.

On Monday i needed dog peepads. For some reason my lil dogs will pee on the ones from CT. But beside the walmart ones; which is not the idea. Anyways , i get the large n there was only 1 pack out.nNow wen i walked in i had been pleasantly surprised by getting greeted by a young man n asked if i needed any help. Wow big improvement. But i knew where i was goin. However , i was hoping to buy a couple of the peepads n there was only one.nSo i looked around n found a employee named Ritchie.nRitchie was cleaning up after some one's dog but immediately scanned for me n then called the ware house. He suggestedi stay by isle 60 n that way he could check again to make sure i was not standing there for nothing. In a few minutes he did call again n was informed the fellow was looking. And then we heard that tthey had found n would be bringing out to me. I actually took 3. Prolly because i was so happy with Ritchie n how pleasant n professional he was. And the great service. Awesome CT management !! What an improvement on your floor service. Ty

The response I received from my inquiry into missing points and they only honour the freebie once now.nnUpdate 2024...nIf you spend $300, you get basically $30 in points. I always have been given the points even when I spend $600 + I get the points twice, but I just looked at my receipt after I got home, and I only received it twice. I will go back tomorrow and if they don't give it to me I'll stop shopping here. I've already been going elsewhere for a lot of things because the goods on the shelves are sparse compared to what they used to have. The quality of the goods and services has gone in a hole, but they charge you more for everything.......nnUpdate: December 2006 The Freebies need to be more useful than a poisonous poinsettia or a box of chocolates.....I do a lot of shopping elsewhere now because the shelves are not well stocked.....and the freebies are not useful. The selections are poor. The options for vegan or Celiac friendly food are very limited, expensive, and not healthy options.nnI now shop a lot more at Walmart, the Warehouse....Giant Tiger, No Frills is great because they just give you points!!! Safeway and Metro have excellent produce, and their prices are now more comparable to other grocery stores.
