Real Canadian Superstore

Click and Collect is the greatest thing ever. I no longer have to go into the store. That excites me greatly. The picking accuracy has been 100%. They also pick the best produce. I am very impressed.

When asked if she knew if they had containers to mix and match tall cans, the wine girl was rude and dismissive sternly stating only that she works with wine and can't answer any questions about beer (a simple and pleasant "I'm not sure" would have been a better choice.) This was followed by a cashier who clearly was having a bad day, and actually turned her back as I was paying. Seems like a good place to shop as long as you don't have to talk with anybody that works there.

This review specifically deals with the awesome customer service shown me by Gerry, a wonderfully-helpful woman in the optometry department. I always shop for groceries at Superstore. On Sat. Oct. 14, I happened to have a current eye glass prescription with me and the eye wear selection caught my eye. Gerry, the customer service rep, was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make this a positive experience. Along with the licensed optician manager, Ria Stadnik, the two are a great team. Highly recommended. Thank you!
