Walmart Thunder Bay North Supercentre

I visited this Walmart on Saturday, June 28th, around 4:00 PM. We were interested in purchasing a TV and approached a sales associate in the electronics section for assistance. Unfortunately, the associate we spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. He didn’t make any effort to understand our question or even look at the TV we were referring to. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and it left a very negative impression. The associate had long curly hair, in case that helps identify him for follow-up.

What a wonderful morning i had to meet amazing staff members at Walmart arthur st. One in Pharmacy named Cathy and other one was stocking Baked Good and wearing happy to help jacket , i dn knw her name but those ladies were so cheerful n helped me with great smile which made my day brighter.

I live in a small remote community with no walmart so whenever we head ti tbay the whole family hits up wamaet to restock on supplies . It has good variety now they offer groceries and decent prices

Awful awful management at this location, i feel bad for the staff working here trying to make a living. I overheard management telling a staff member that he had to get a static schedule at his other job or he would be let go while also saying they would not give him a static schedule themselves. Most hypocritical thing I've ever heard. I thought walmart was supposed to be flexible and work with their staff but wow it sounds like quite the opposite. Won't be shopping here again.

There is no safe way to get from the sidewalk to this. Walmart and thunder Bay drivers are very reckless so be careful if you're traveling here
