I would give less stars if I could. I wish there was more places to get CPAP supplies it seems they don't care because there is not many other CPAP stores. I am going to try the store at red river behind the beer store. I wish I didn't have to but their customer service is terrible and I feel like I am bothering them when I pick up my supplies, which are pretty expensive and I would think they'd be happy to have the business.

I am extremely disappointed. I have been calling this place for 3 days, only to get the answering machine/voicemail. I have now left 7 messages with my name, number, and a brief description of what it is that I need for my husband as he has 2 shattered ankles, has already undergone 2 major surgeries, and since he is recovering at home and we don’t have a vehicle, calling there is my only option at the moment. The staff never answers the phone and I have yet to receive a call back. Seriously?!?! What kind of business is this???

I was here today and I found this place to have the best customer service, very helpful and friendly. I will be back. I am very surprised at the other reviews.

Don't bother calling here. Staff acts like your bothering them with your questions. Product knowledge is not something they feel that's important to the function of the business...:(

they are terrible and i would give no stars if possible. awful support for items they sell. tried to return something under warranty and they told me there is no warranty for that part. the person in charge of these products had to phone the manf. to see if they are under warranty(it says in the product manual and website that it is), but he couldn't be bothered to look. took two trips and time. last time i will deal with them.
