Walmart Supercentre

Unhelpful. Rude. Worst service. I was berated while in there with my kids. Dumped out my wallet to find a loonie for the carts and the employee absolutely made me feel awful for not having a loonie. I felt so bad I left and went to Sobeys and they were wonderful.

Large store well stocked and appeared to be quite clean including the washrooms, I'm not a huge fan of the change over to the automated teller I still like to chat with people while I'm making my purchases, less employees less jobs !! Just wish that the staff using the intercom would turn their voices down , some people are sensitive to loud noises like myself? don't need to yell like your calling someone across town , still a good store and a stable in every community!!

Have had several different issues with their online ordering system.nnHad one order sit for awhile as it wasn't marked it as recieved and app has confusing details counterdicting each other.nnMy grocery order was given to wrong person and cancelled with no communication from the store.nnI was told I'd be contacted by a manager after I called to shed some light on the problem and never was.nnThe app gives incorrect details at the same time such as delivered and cancelled.nnWhat matters the most is they didn't call to coordinate with me at all and I was made to wait five business days for a refund after their error.nnThe online order system seems to be a bust for grocery or general items.

We had the worst possible experience with walmart online order system. We ordered ebikes and there was problems with them and the manufacturer. Walmart didn't help at all. They gave us 3 contact numbers for the manufacturer and none of them were for the manufacturer.nWe hope to never shop there again. Online or in-store.

NEEDS real security inside and out!!nnThe parking lot is straight up dangerous, and it's hardly any better inside. Walmart corporation needs to step up and hire a real security team, of multiple people. Not relying on ONE PERSON to try and catch thieves. Yes, they have 1 person for that entire store loss and prevention to try and stop and catch thieves.nnStore employees and managers have put themselves in harms way multiple times to try and deal with the increase of crime inside and outside parking lot of the store and its just absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary.nnWalmart Canada needs to do better.
