Terrible customer service by Asst. Manager Annick, I will never spend 1$ in that place. Rubino, you lost my business permanently. **To the owner in response to your reply : It seems she left out a key element where I informed her that I cannot use the hand sanitizer because I have a medical condition on my hands that does not allow me to put any alcohol based product on them as it aggravates my condition. It is for this reason that I keep my gloves on in the store. I have had no issues at any other stores.

Excellent service gave by Claudine. She make my feel like an appreciated custormer. Even if my familly name is Rubino, I don't have any relation with the Shoe's Store and Claudine didn't know my name.
