Horrible customer service. Called to get an issue resolved with a TV I purchased, was hung up on 4 times and on hold for over 2hrs as managers didn't want to speak with customers and untrained associates tried to transfer me and failed. Will never purchase anything high value from them again.
Horrible management and place to work, workers are slow as well. Product at the store isn’t even in their systems so you can’t even buy it, even if you wanted it. pick up the pace Williams lake walmart
I was treated awful by the pharmacist there and I would never goto Wal Mart anywhere ever again because of it.
They try to force you to use self checkout. Line upside for checkouts while 3 to 4 employees are standing around in self checkout chatting. Open some till not come tell us they will ring us through self check out! Bunch of bull!
Never a problem parking. Always trolleys and baskets though I'd like to see a sanitization station at these points not well inside. Macdonalds and the hairdressers are no longer. Online pickup and western union is at customer services. Helpful and attentive staff. Only complaint is there is only ever one or two lines open and self serve only takes card payments. No boxes to use, forced to buy their bags if you forget yours
Great place for Families of All Ages to find something they might be looking for, and to let Little Ones run around and explore. Update: Fantastic find today at our Williams Lake Walmart! Wonderful pairing to the superb little Revlon nail care tool that I also left a review on. Purchased for 3.30$ instead of ~10$ a piece online. One of the best walmart locations I've been to. Very clean, merchandise are well organized, has self checkout, one of the large locations and even clean washrooms. Of course in addition to what to expect from a Walmart store in terms of assortment and actual availability of advertised special price items. So far gonna be my favorite location.
I think to an extent every Walmart is basically the same but definitely the staff and cleanliness differs from town to town. With that being said, the selection is what you’d expect for a smaller town and I think it fits nicely. I saw someone post a bad review because this one didn’t have as big a selection as theirs in Coquitlam. Well since Coquitlam is a massive city that make sense and we can be grateful to have one at all. I don’t shop here often anymore but it’s nice to have the cheaper options available. What I noticed different is the staff and cleanliness. The staff is extremely nice, I think that’s the only reason I go is because it doesn’t have an angry vibe. It’s also cleaned fairly well so I mean what more can you expect. I gave 4 stars because that is my max considering the founders Waltons don’t put their employees first just out of pure greed so I’d never rate a Walmart 5 for that reason alone. Every time I come here, there are shopping carts in the cart return, you have to drive around them to park. None inside.
Don't go to Walmart for a shower Back Brush. Empty shelf is what you will find. This does not happen in a short period of time. Why has the Manager allowed this to happen. Why has he not trained his staff to recognize when items need to be re-ordered? And to follow up on placed orders? What a disappointment to find that there wasn't even a single option to choose from. Oh, did I mention what a DISAPPOINTMENT? What a waste of my time.
