I've been shopping here ever since the store opened in Williams Lake. A Cariboo "classic" for sure. Tools, camping/fishing supplies, work cloth, gloves, boots, this store has it all and every once in a while you can come across a great and unexpected deal.
They always have something I can use, even if I don't need it. Great store, friendly staff and decent prices.
Found some items I needed at reasonable prices, a sleeping bag & a double mattress. Friendly, helpful staff.
Good selection of fishing gear. Helpful staff will point you in the right direction. Some of the prices on some of the gear is a bit high or it would be 5 stars. But if you want dry or wet flies - the price is super cheap.
Good place to find fishing/camping gear...but smells of toxic plastic as soon as you walk in.
One of the better stores I have visited, wish these stores would change up a portion of their inventory every so often. It seems like it is the exact same stuff I've been seeing the past few years. Overall it is a nice clean store for what it is.
You never know what you'll find here. I've purchased pet supplies, kitchen items, and garden items. The prices vary, you need to know your prices, as some aren't a deal, but for the most part, it's priced fairly The staff has always been friendly and helpful!
Enjoy going to surplus, they have alot of fishing & hunting stuff . & they have alot of other accessories.
I think the cashiers could be a little more friendly, overall I always enjoy shopping at Surplus Herbs , then you get to check out and its not p.easant to see unfriendly unfriendly inviting faces .. a smile and a hello would be nice
This place is great. Huge selection of camping gear and everyday stuff. Reasonable prices, and the staff is really friendly. This was the perfect place to stop at mid-road trip to pick up bits and bobs we'd forgotten to bring. One of my friends noticed a defect in one of her purchases right after buying it, and the staff made it easy to exchange for an item in good condition. If I lived in Williams Lake I'd have a hard time not shopping here for most of my gear.
