I really have to praise this place big time. Not only did Dave work hard to fix my car yesterday but when it wouldn't start this morning due to our harsh cold right now, he & Brenden drove to my home to help me. I've never seen mechanics go out of their way like this and they deserve a ton of praise and recognition. I highly recommend Kaltire here in Williams Lake. Thank-you so much Dave & Brenden!! You're amazing and very appreciated.
Wonderful service. I went their at a very short notice and still got helped despite they being short staffed. While I was waiting, I saw them being extremely professional and going an extra mile to help their clients.
Lot of selection of tires and a range of prices. I am dubious about mechanical skill though. Last 2 times I went they blew up a brand new tires as they messed up putting it on the rim. They did pay for replacement but I had to wait. Once was the Kal Tire here and one in Clearwater. But the Clearwater branch blamed WL. But what really upset me little over 3 years ago is that they tried to get me to change my brakes telling me there was like 1/16th of an inch of pad and in a couple months it would be a total death trap. The person even brought out a ruler to show me how little pad was remaining. They quoted me a very large price to replace them. I immediately ordered parts and went to change them with my father. I should have double-checked the amount of pad. The pads had well over 50% remaining. They lost my trust. Feel free to read my other reviews. I have zero intention in attacking a company. But the whole point of reviews is to give your honest experience to help other potential customers. I can assure you 100 percent this happened. I was there. I am giving 2 stars because there were times things went well.
Tire change over from winter to summers. Availability was easy to book, had a appointment for me the next day in the morning. Work was completed very quickly and the staff were very friendly and professional. Unable to offer a courtesy ride at this time due to staffing shortages, but they said they’re going into the hiring season so expect this to change. Time the vehicle was at Kal Tire from drop off to pick up was 1 hour. Even without the courtesy ride I still gave this 5 stars as the courtesy ride was not planned when booking the appointment. Keep up the great work, Kal Tire!
First time in the shop, I came in needing a full set of tires for my truck with almost no notice. This place was very accommodating and got me back on the road in very short order, especially considering how busy they were. This was about a week or two ago, tires have been great, quiet ride, well balanced, no issues!
They were able to get my truck in quickly and they did a great alignment

Two of the best in the industry Amanda and Brandon both are amazing at their jobs and truly take care of their customers.
The staff are super friendly but my experience as a whole was a gong show. My first appointment they didn't pull my car in until after I had been waiting for thirty minutes. Then after that they realize they ordered the wrong parts and id have to come back and they didn't phone to reschedule until two days after they said they would then when I finally went back the job was done right.
I came in with a flat an hour before close and they had my tire patched up and ready to again quickly. They even stayed 30 minutes after closing to remove the donut and mount the tire! Amazing customer service at a good price. Thanks for saving myself and my kids from being stranded for the night on our road trip home!
