Very pleasant staff but only one till so I had to wait in line while my grocery sat on the counter for at least 10mins. Get another register please.

We use to shop at M&Ms all the time in Thornhill then we moved 7 years back so the only one I get to now is this one to and from the cottage from time to time. Every time we have visited (so maybe once or twice every other year for the last bit until we gave up say 3 years back) we have been totally ignored by staff who are chatting away with someone else for minutes and who do not acknowledge us. A shame cause we use to buy all our meats from the Thornhill location about a decade ago...
