Not a customer friendly store.  Did NOT want cash back.  Just an even exchange.  Had receipt.  Wasn't the right one.  As big a chain as they are ,....they are not up to date in technology apparently.  Unless cash was paid they should be able to slide the card customer paid with and info should pop right up.   Almost ALL other businesses have gone this route.  It's also a lot less stress on your min. wage part time employees.  Working the service desk after Christmas is brutal.

The people that work at this establishment work very hard to make it a pleasant experience.  The store carries everything you could possibly want and for extremely decent pricing, but what's more is the friendly atmosphere the workers not only provide, but maintain in the daily.  Good job guys!

It's an okay Walmart. Very very okay.

Everything is backwards in this store - as in, the departments are in the complete opposite place than what I'm used to with every other Walmart. So that's confusing.

I can never really find what I'm looking for here. Everything is in weird places. 

Staff has never talked to me, outside of the checkout lanes (but I feel like they only talk to customers because they have to).

Oh! And this store is extremely strict on purchasing alcohol. All cashiers are required to ask for EVERYONE'S ID. If you have a child with you, they will not sell you the alcohol. If you have a friend with you, they are required to check their ID, too, or else, they'll get fired. Which, I get what they're trying to do to prevent underage drinking, but it's not effective at all. That's a good way to lose your alcohol sales to competitors.

On the plus side, though, they do have the cheapest milk out of any place I've ever been to: usually around $1.10 per gallon.

Customer service worker was extremely ride about returning items without a receipt. The manager can set an amount that is not too be exceeded if there's no receipt, well the limit at this Wal-Mart is $50, but for whatever reason this worker only let my sister return $30.00. the point of the matter is she was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever and we didn't appreciate being treated so poorly.

As a Wal-Mart this one is bad!!! not great service,people are not friendly. They act like your a inconvince to them.i love Wal-Mart in Sturgis that is why I shop at  Meijer in coldwater
