Went here today and the fish tanks are so filthy and it's sad to see it that way! The ferret cage clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long while. And I wouldn't even go near the cats they smelled so bad. This place shouldn't be in business.

Tanks were way over stocked and completely filthy. Many dead fish in tanks. Dead plants in tanks as well. The animal cages smelled terrible and had lots of feces in them. Had super skinny and under weight baby axolotls, they had barley any gills, they were housed on rocks which is a BIG NO because it can lead to rocks in stomachs and in this case several of them had. There was also one in a tank with goldfish which is also a BIG NO because the goldfish will nip at their gills and legs and kill them. I was on the phone with my mother and the Manager kept trying to but into my conversation as I was explaining to her the situation of the store and the axolotls health so I had to hang up on her and talk to him. Then Manager also argued with me about the care of their animals. My Friends, Family, and I will be taking our buisness elsewhere. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

This place is a lot more better then the Stellhorn one the Stellhorn one has rude people and has a lot of stuff and issues that they need to work out as a team unlike this Coldwater Pet store I have nothing bad to say about them they are great people they are mature friendly to their customers I would recommend anyone to go to the Coldwater Pet Supply Plus more than going to the Pet Supply Plus on Stellhorn Road not only that but the Pet Supply Plus on Stellhorn has one groomer who will lie to you she has glasses so I had to say stay away from her she is rude but other than that the Coldwater Pet Supply Plus is the best place to go for your needs nothing wrong about it in my review I love the place always friendly people who would like to meet my dogs and not judge them

Helpful staff. It does have a smaller selection but nice products. Everytime ive been there its been clean. Offers a members card. Over all a nice business.
