Store is always neat and clean. Things are easy to find. Specials and coupons are always good. Their prices tend to be a lot cheaper than the big wigs in town. They always take very good care of all the animals there. Very nice!

Very helpfull, lower prices than Petsmart. Best reef and marine fish selection around. Their puppies and cats come from local people and are not from puppy mills.

I like this store and how they tend to beat competitor prices. But unfortunately I did have a bad experience with them last month in August. I bought my dogs some black charcoal dog treats that are in bulk bins and came to find out that they had been infested with bugs only after having them for a week. I was scared to death that my dogs we're going to get very sick after I gave them each at least two or three before noticing these tiny little bugs. I ended up going back to the store and told him everything that happened and that my vet told us to let them know so that no one else would be served these while they were infested. To my surprise the cashier told me that this is a regular occurrence and that they see this when they are delivered their store. She told us that they freeze them to kill all the bugs before they are put out for sale. I was disgusted at the fact that they have known about this yet refuse to find a different supplier that would supply better treats for animals. I decided I will no longer be buying any sort of a bulk item from their store again. From now on it will only be prepackaged items.
