The animals are poorly taken care off, the set up is ridiculous. Habitats aren't kept clean enough, staff isn't knowledgeable enough to supply their customer with accurate information. I get trying to start a Pet Store has been a dream of yours for a while, but the animals well being are at risk. After the amount of time you've been in business you guys should have your act together!
