We've used the Walmart grocery pickup for the last few years now and have generally been pretty happy with the service. But as of laylee, probably the last 6 months or so, we've noticed that there's generally tons of substitutions or items that they say that they're just out of. Today, just out of curiosity, before I picked up my grocery order, I went inside the store to look for some of the items that were supposedly out or had been substituted out of six items that I looked for. I was able to find four of the six that they were out of. Raspberries and buttermilk. They said they did not have in stock but I found them right away. King's Hawaiian rolls and large shrimp were substituted for other items but I was also able to find them with no problem.
High prices I love the store and location but I do have two issues the first iS when I ask a employee for help I got told that they couldn't help me cause they had to keep stocking or lose their job. The second is I am a regular customer and I have noticed that if I am in there awhile I get watched by employees until I check out.the store is busy .
It's alright. It's not very well stocked in terms of a big variety like other Walmart Supercenters.nnHowever, everywhere is clean and very presentable.nnThey have everything very organized so it is very nice to browse through.
Outstanding customer service greeters always smiling and associates always willing to assist you when you need it if they see you wondering around looking lost they ask if they can help you find something with a smile on their faces. Aisles organized associates seems to always be stocking and moving things around while cleaning the store.
We visit here occasionally for grocery shopping. It's busy but not as chaotic as the Niles Walmart.nnThe back bathroom near technology is convenient for families with children. My small kiddo appreciated being able to wash her hands and reach the soap on her own.nnThey were out of a few grocery items salsa for example. I went to pick up a pre-made eggroll and a lady grabbed ALL of them as soon as I walked up. Some customers are pretty rude.nnWe were using the self checkout with the large belt and having trouble paying with a Vanilla Gift Card and the kind employee came over and helped us. They need more employees like him!nnOverall, will probably return out of necessity.
