This Walmart is inside the Plaze côte-de-neige and has everything that you expect to find in Walmart. The only issue is the signing of getting here when you enter the plaza. There is no Walmart sign and you can easily miss tge entrance.
Staff working in the electronics department was very professional and great help for the photo print machine. The photo print machine really needs updating or fixing its super buggy . Thank goodness for 5 star competent staff! Teams lucky to have her I am sure. Thank you Anisa !
Today Dec 16 th 2025 around 8:30pm I went to buy the protector silex rice cooker the asst manager or manager by the name of madamme GhizlanenRefuse to check on the machine which all the employees use to check the availability and the place where the item is placednThen with lots of hesitation after repeated humble request she checked and said nothing availablenI asked again politely could to please let me know which Walmart closeby has the item she refused I can not give you this informationnThis was surprising for me I have got this information in the past and she also challenged with A.M.R. a customer you could complain n to whom you want I don’t carenI really disappointed with her attitude towards me
The worst customer service experience i had in the past 5 years, all agents don't know how to speak English properly, each one wants to hang up rather than finding a solution to my issue, one agent told me to wait for 2-3 buissness days to cancel my walrmart order that is scheduled for today. none of them has a clue of what they are doing, i had to actually guide some of them through the right process gained so much experience from the many calls i had to make
I went to Walmart today and came across these two young employees. I told them that I had ordered a mattress from the website, but it turned out to be too big, so I needed to return it. One of them informed me that I could return it at the store. I explained that I had no one to help me and that the mattress was too heavy for me to carry. He said, “My brother and I will finish our shift soon, and we will help you.”nnafter their shift ended, they helped me—even though they didn’t have a car. I am truly grateful for their kindness. The store is lucky to have such wonderful employees.nnI also want to thank the third person; they truly made my day! Life is better because people like them still exist. Thank you sydo and Mohmed
