Walmart Sudbury Supercentre

I prefer this store over the one in the South end for two reasons. It has more stock and varieties and their cosmetics section is well organized and they have an assigned person/cashier for it to check ya out for any cosmetics we buy. This ensures things don’t get used nor contaminated. The food section also has a lot more variety. The cons would be the wait time to check our. They always have line ups and not too many cashiers. Their carts are also a bit old and need maintenance. The parking is crowded most of the time as it is shared with the New Sudbury Centre.

I gave this Walmart one star. More importantly, this plant does what I have on my mind,but dont have the guts to say it because of the poor treatment that I received from staff. I went there to spent my money and not as an intruder. I understand that moving to this city was going to be a rough ride . But Walmart staff lying and refusing to assist me was inconceivable. As a person with a disability, I had expected discrimination but not this bad treatment by Walmart staff. Calling their head office for help was Disgraceful.

As with too many Walmarts...have to wait in endless lineups to give your money. 28 lanes only a few open. Also wish they would teach employees that when you open up new lanes, get the next in line (that have been waiting forever) to go to newly open lanes, not the lady that just got there! Grrrr!

I went to Walmart early this morning and I finished at the checkout and ready to leave. A young girl ran towards me from the return counter and picked something up behind me and handed it to me. I dropped almost $200 and she noticed from far away. I was so thankful and greatful for her honesty. She was a young blonde girl and wish i would have got her name. Great honest staff.
