Nice clothes, at a reasonable price, no sale is final, amazing staff.
I go here once a year to buy xmas gifts. This year the customer service lady was extremely rude to me. Very condescending about my purchase and made sarcastic comments when I said no to some sock promotion they were having. After saying no she again asked to purchase socks in a manner that was very unprofessional. Not impressed.
Cleo is a great place for comfortable casual clothing. Quality is there. Sale prices are reasonable.
