I always have a good experience when ever I shop there. The sales women are so helpful with my purchases. That makes Kes me want to shop there again and feel comfortable about it
I've recently been to Ricki's for the first time. It will definitely be a store I frequent often. I returned a dress because it was same colour as the bridesmaids flowers . I had no problem with the return.The salespeople are helpful and very courteous. I highly recommend this place.

Found everything I was looking for
I went to pick up an online order the older sales lady was rather rude. The next day I returned one item as it was to big and the same sales person was there. She was very rude and acted as though I was a pain in the you know what I purchased 2 other items and asked if the jewelry was on sale like online. Once again she rudely answered. I have to return the top I bought as I’m not a fan and I’m hoping someone else will be there. She has put me off to the point I’d rather not shop there again.
