Live out of town and was shopping at the New Sudbury Mall and walked into bootlegger. Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in with a friendly smile. Explained what I was looking for and had immediate assistance. Purchased a pair of Guess jeans and was very happy with the service and purchase.
The younger staff there are very polite but the manager is extremely rude to his associates and demands them around. The manager never greeted me and yelled at one of his associates to help me. He was being a direct bully at a tall curly haired associate and was being extremely demanding towards another woman working there. It was extremely appalling and disgusting to see this gentleman treat his staff like this. I would never return here if it wasn’t the very helpful associates.
This store always had a nice selection of clothes. What happened? I had a horrible experience from staff and will not be returning.
