Bruce Clark and Son did a major renovation on our home throughout 2016-2017 including: building a new kitchen- including new floor, cabinets, counters, lighting, modifying ceiling- a total rebuild of 4 washrooms- ensuite washroom, main floor powder room; upstairs washroom and basement washroom and a rebuild of the main floor laundry room. We are extremely happy with how it all turned out. His staff were very professional and pleasant to have in our home. The cost of all of this work was fair and reasonable. Bruce Clark and sons just finished a complete renovation of our main bathroom. All personnel were easy to work with and did a first rate job at their specialty. Project took longer than planned but there was someone on the job everyday. Would highly recommend them for any renovation. The work done was of very high quality.

I am very happy with the outcome of my bathroom renovation. It took a whole lot longer than expected but that's probably the case with most contractors. Jamie and his crew were tidy and clean when working here. That means a lot. Nice people.

Our shower stall had a leak under the floor. We called them. They recommended that we change the entire shower stall. We did. It costed us close to $4000. A week or so later the leak came back. When we called them, they came a couple of times to re-caulk the tiles. But that didnt fix the problem. When we called again, they started making excuses that it could be a different issue. They were extremely rude and after calling many times they didn't come to fix the problem. We had to eventually call another company and had to get the entire shower stall changed again. This time we paid over $6000. When the other company tore down the stall we discovered that there were water marks on the plywood under the floor tiles. Which proved that the job was not done right the first time. We decided to just forget about it and get on with our lives. But if you need a plumbing job, please stay away from this company.
