An associate named Jaleh was micromanaging my cart and I did not like that. Its as if she was doubting that I wouldn't scan all the items in cart. I did not even have too many items in my cart and she still told me to take the scanned items out of the cart, pay and then move everything back into the cart again. I understand that there maybe some people trying to abuse the system but this interaction was not so nice and I felt like I was being doubted for no reason. Recommend that associates start trusting the customers at checkout.
I often find it challenging to ask staff for help, as I'm almost certain they don't know the store layout well. This belief is confirmed every time I visit this store, and my instincts were confirmed during my last visit when a customer requested assistance, and the staff couldn't help. While the aisles are generally clean, some shoppers leave items on the floor instead of returning them to their proper places.nThe main reason for my two-star rating was primarily due to the long wait for the changing rooms. For a huge store, there are only two rooms, and during my recent visits, only one was available. Despite several staff members standing around, there was no communication about why the rooms were closed as we waited. Additionally, during the self-checkout experience, I ended up waiting almost three minutes for payment as the machine kept loading. I would have moved to a different one but most self-checkout machines were down, and while I waited for staff to help and my payment to process, I noticed staff chatting instead of offering assistance. When one finally approached, she started by promoting a credit card offer to me. Interestingly, when prompted to rate the service afterward, my daughter opted for one star.
I bought flowers at Walmart two days ago, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The bouquet already didn’t look very fresh in the store — honestly, half of the flowers on the shelf looked like they were dying. I was in a rush and picked the one that still had a couple of decent-looking blooms.nBut by the time I got home, the entire bouquet had wilted and died. Very disappointing quality.nI came back today to return the flowers, but they told me they do not accept returns for flowers. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and when the supervisor came, she also said they do not take them back.
I shop here all the time.nThis past year I try to avoid it if I can, but being that prices are cheaper at Walmart compared to Superstore I hit it about once a week.nPrices are a hit and miss.nMilk, bread, eggs are cheaper here so they are always on my list. Snacks. Veggies are usually in good shape and reasonably priced. Fruit on the other hand few last time I’ve been in all their berries have been full of rot.nNow the employees and yes this is one of the mail reason I don’t shop here as much. Can you please supply them with deodorant. Nothing like going shopping and be gagging at the smell of BO, it’s rank and disgusting. Another thing, have the person supervising self check out to maybe clean the till areas. It’s been so nasty and dirty you don’t want to put your groceries anywhere the scanning unit or place your bags down to bag your groceries. Do better Walmart. The cleaniness and the smell of your employees have gone to shit
Worst it's ever been.nMinimal stock... can rarely find half of what I'm going for.nSeems as though they're trying to force you into using their online store so they can further rip you off. As their shipping is terrible and they try to replace what I asked for with garbage I can't use. Their personal brand is full of harmful additives no matter what it is. They use low grade/high pesticide contaminated grains.nPrice gouging far and wide, good luck finding a deal or a fair price on anything. You'll save a dime at the most it seems.nHalf the staff at least is coming off as struggling over worked and under paid people so no wonder barely able to do their job. Why isn't Walmart paying and treating it's employees and customers better?nThey cheap out on everything and everyone. Make sure their vitamins don't have talc in them still.
