Katie, at the Medicine Hat, AB store went above and beyond to check some gift cards I found while clearing out a box. she emailed someone and found that yes I still had money available on two cards and called and told me they would move it to new cards so I can use the funds. Cole I hope that is the correct name also helped me and other staff were so helpful. Shop tat this location.
Was there 12-15 minutes in the store. I was in the boot and shoe area of the store. There was also another man there waiting for someone to help him out. No one helped either one of us. Lots of people folding shirts and clothes. I even walked around holding the single display shoe looking for some assistance. I put it back and left. Every time I go there, the customer service seems worse all the time. I'll be purchasing my footwear elsewhere. Or online.
Decent quality stuff, reasonably competent & friendly staff, and sale prices are okay. I docked a star for the regular prices being a bit excessive. I'm not an especially frugal shopper, but even so I often check the prices at Marks and find myself putting it back on the rack without buying.
Great Store. Great selection. Awesome customer service. Extra help was there when we asked for it.
