Was moving so bought a brand new vacuum at the end of November from this location. Just went to use it now as I am now in my new house. Very clearly has been used before. Paid full price for a used dirty vacuum. I know they are to clean but I wanted to start of fresh. Not with someone else’s hair stuck all over the bottom. So incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I don’t have the receipt anymore and so there’s nothing I can do. If going to sell a returned item make it more clear that’s what it is!
DENIED SALE PRICE!!! This is the second time I went to by Quaker State 0W-20. The last time it was on sale it rang up as regular price and it took forever to cash out so this time I took a picture. QS 0W-20 5L, I even double checked the tag. It took over 10 mins to “check” the tag and then I was told that when the associate checked there was nothing there on the shelf despite having a picture and that the tag I took a picture for was of a different product. Left my whole cart. If a company will have an associate move product to save a few bucks I will shop somewhere else.
I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. She does not remember the exact date of the occurrence. Aproximately 2 weeks ago my mother visited this location. She had her cart filled with items she had purchased and other stores before she had entered Walmart. The kind of cart you would buy to be able to transport your items while out walking. When she got to cash register she was forced to show her receipts from the other stores to prove she had not stolen. But it didn't stop there the employee rummaged through my mother's personal belongings touching everything and violating my mother humiliating my mother in front of other customers. And this was before she was able to purchase anything.This type of behavior is disgusting instead of treating an elderly customer with respect you treated my mother despicably she was humiliated and she will never return to this Walmart again. You don't deserve even one star! Walmart do better!
Buyer beware. I'm tired of pouring spoiled Milk down the drain. Many bags in the last year. Not buying anymore Milk from this Walmart. 2- 3 degrees Celsius temperatures in the refrigerator? Not that. Natrel problem? Unlikely, as they have very strict standards that regulate the dairy industry. Walmart taking too long to refrigerate milk deliveries? Bingo. Be careful everyone.
We regularly use grocery pickup service at the back of the Collingwood store. Today at 10:05 we had a great experience with the young guy who brought the groceries out and loaded them in the car. He should be commended and is an asset to your store.
The Walmart store in Collingwood has a fantastic customer service desk. The New Zealand lady who dealt with our issue was friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. She cleared up our problem within minutes to our complete satisfaction. Many kudos to her.
WALMART COLLINGWOOD Went to walmart in Collingwood on Novembber 06 2022 there was a cashier working and she was sick her name was Cathy if she has the virus why is she spreading the germ saw her at Tim Horton two days a go and she was really sick then spreading the germs at Timmy's this is why people are sick were is her mask this is just not right if you shop at Wal-Mart were a mask Walmart shopper
Just called to check if the photo kiosks would be open today, the lady didn’t know and said no one can tell her until 10am. Okay that’s fine, but I went to ask another question and she goes “thank you, thank you, thank you, bye” and hung up.. called Wasaga and they were much more helpful, even went and checked for me about the photo kiosks.
Smaller Walmart Supercentre than I am used to, but it's a smaller town so all is good, Found a couple of things I was looking for, , Had no problem checking out . Decent produce selection and shelves were well stocked. Loads of parking here and enjoy their free wifi.
Rude and inhumane behavior by the manager here, very disappointed. Walmart are usually my favorites everywhere I go. This is 1st one I encountered a manager who harassed me and blocked my way while I was trying to grab something quickly at the closing time. She came behind me when I was in the grocery aisle and prevented me from looking for 1 item rice only. Spoke Very rudely to me even after I explained that I am a visitor here from Niagara , have a sick mom who needs rice ,as she is sick and unable to eat anything else. She didn't allow me to pick up the rice bag and forced us out of the store. She should be sacked immediately to prevent other customers from facing the same shame and disgust .
