The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. But the quality of the photo prints is terrible. For some reason my order was printed twice - once at the store, and again by an outside supplier. Both sets of prints were awful. One set was blown up so that all the images were cut off by about 5%, and the other set was way too dark. In both, there were many images that were fuzzy. This was convenient but there is no way I can use the service again.
I went in on Monday night to grab a few things for school, the cashier up front, Elyssa, greeted me with a friendly smile and had great customer service. 5 Stars Staples, and 5 stars Elyssa:
I stood at the counter while 3 employees totally ignored me. No one even offered " someone will help you in a minute". They just looked and looked away. I walked out and went to a small independent business that was WONDERFUL!
Store is clean and lots of new stock. Back to school supplies. Electronics, etc. I love the fact I can drop off my expired batteries and Electronics

The clerk was so unprofessional..."I don't get paid enough".I was just dropping off purolator packeges for prepaid returns and barely said a word. I think Carol needs to find a new occupation.

I honestly can't thank Gina and Mckenzie enough! Staples website print solutions is a NIGHTMARE! I can't emphasize this enough. If you thinking of using them like I did for an important job I created a recipe book for my mom's memorial service DON'T!! Go somewhere else. You will thank me later I take cash btw : It took me an excess of two weeks to get my order in and visiting the store for a minimum of three hours each time trying to get help. I was there at least five times. It is not the fault of the staff there. Its their website and their interface they are using. McKenzie and Gina went ABOVE and beyond to try to help me. They were personable, and patient when their resources weren't there website not working, parts of website not working, company changed user interface for their online orders without telling them. I created a photobook on their Staples Solutions website. It wouldn't let put in more then one copy. After retyping this 20 PAGE document with fonts and graphics etc.....six times. Still would not work. These two girls at this store need to be commended. They tried everything they could to try to help me.....I mean for HOURS each time. Their customer service skills are excellent. As for Staples IT.....they need work!! Your website isn't working....fix it. Don't put it off on the staff at the locations. Don''t tell them "I have no idea then hang up" Find someone who does...or fix it!!! I would have scrapped them in the beginning but these girls kept on being told someone will call you back....someone will email you.....only to have them wait days upon days for a response. NOT their fault, everyone they talked to kept on passing the buck. Staples IT, headquarters ---- you need to communicate better with your satellite stores and employees working there. Tell them of changes, and help them when things aren't working. Just not say I don't know. You need to take your website down for a day and fix it. Period. The only way I will walk into another Staples store is to say hi to these to amazing employees working there.....Gina and McKenzie. Penny E
Went in looking for a particular box that was online. I couldn’t find it but Gina went out of her way to help me, they were in another section. I really appreciate that extra care because these boxes are an important part of organization at my shop. Thanks Gina!
